1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Titan Supreme Plumbing Ltd website and the provision of our services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Titan Supreme Plumbing Ltd provides professional plumbing, heating, and HVAC installation and maintenance services. All work is carried out by qualified, accredited engineers to applicable British Standards and building regulations.

3. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information provided by the client; any changes in scope may result in revised pricing. A formal written quotation must be accepted in writing before work commences.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the individual contract or quotation. Standard terms are net 14 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the works site and requirements
• Ensure safe and adequate access to premises
• Obtain any necessary permissions, permits, or landlord consents
• Ensure no hazardous conditions are present without disclosure

6. Liability

Titan Supreme Plumbing Ltd carries full public liability and employer's liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

We do not accept liability for defects or failures resulting from client-supplied materials, pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to works, or misuse of installed systems.

7. Guarantee

All installation work is guaranteed for 12 months from date of completion, subject to the system being used and maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and our handover documentation.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation of agreed works must be made in writing. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a mobilisation charge. Materials ordered specifically for a project may be non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Titan Supreme Plumbing Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
